Culinary Passion:

My love for culinary arts has taken me to some incredible places. I’ve had the honor of working as a fine dining chef and cook at prestigious establishments such as Brennan’s of Houston, The Yellowstone Lake Hotel, and Felix 55. I’ve also been part of several restaurant openings, including three Houston Applebee’s locations and Loro Houston Heights. These experiences have sharpened my skills in team leadership, operational management, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

My commitment to health and wellness led me to work with the BOUNCE (Behavioral Opportunities Uniting Nutrition Coaching and Exercise) program at The University of Houston.
